How might we guide students in the interaction design department to support each other in exploring future plans?

Workshop facilitation for the students in the MFA Interaction Design program to address post-grad anxieties.
Background and Preparation
We began by speaking to students in the Interaction Design Department to understand their needs and their struggles. Common themes began to come up around concerns for the future and wanting to connect more with classmates about their work. We deigned a workshop to begin this conversation, help students reflect on their future goals and encourage fellow students to support one another.
