Healing is not linear it is a patched together story that may not have a clear beginning middle and end. This quilt shows different stages of moving through healing. Specifically coping with PTSD, going through the stages of grief for the life you had before trauma, and coming out on the other side feeling invincible. This quilt brings together these three disparate poems to show one story of healing. It is an unfinished patchwork with room to grow and add as the story continues.
