Objective: Create cohesive brand, update website, and materials to show Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accesiblity, and Social Justice mission.
BACKGROUND AND CONCEPT
Inclusion NextWork is a global community of emerging leaders advancing Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Social justice (IDEAS) to create thriving communities and organizations. They do consulting for organizations like Chronicle of Philanthropy and Lead for America in addition to hosting healing circles and roundtables for emerging leaders. They approached me looking to upgrade their brand identity, have a new logo created, make light updates to their website and design their 30 page thought paper. I worked with the leadership team to understand their vision, the feelings they hoped to evoke and their desire for the organization. They wanted something clean and professional yet warm and inviting in order to appeal to both a communal audience as well as their consulting audience.
